Pease read the following carefully, By creating an account with Offers4all.net and adding your site(s) to our network, You agree to enter into and perform the obligations set forth in the publisher agreement and you are bound by the publisher and advertiser agreement. This agreement is between you (Publisher) and us website owners Offers4all.net.net.

1.2. Offers4all.net is committed to offering a safe and premium advertising placements for advertisers, we strive to present the best possible targeting for our advertisers and the best matching of resources for our publishers. We will monitor your social network, website, blog, mobile application, game or incentivized site to make sure you are following our guidelines. This can happen at any time and can happen randomly throughout your us of our service. Please follow our guidelines to avoid delayed payment processing and to avoid getting your site or account suspended/terminated.

1.3. Joining our publisher network is fast and automated, we always welcome new publishers to join our network. We reserve the right to check publisher websites at any time to make sure that our placements are in good hands.

1.4. We are constantly monitoring our publishers assets (both with automatic tools and manually) and reserve the right to suspend/terminate publishers who (intentionally or not) mislead us regarding our advertisement placements.

2.1. You may submit any social network, website, blog, mobile application, game or incentivized site you own.

2.2. Each social network, website, blog, mobile application, game or incentivized site submitted will be approved manually and will be given a unique API Key and Secret Key.

2.3. Each social network, website, blog, mobile application, game or incentivized site will have a unique API and Secret Key, it is your responsibility to keep your account information safe and not share with 3th parties.

2.4. After an API Key has not been used for over 30 days, it will be terminated and deleted.

2.5.1. Must be content-rich with more than 25 words per page on a majority of the site.

2.5.2. Must contain original quality content, not repurposed content.

2.5.3. Must contain natural, live, and continued traffic.

2.5.4. Must not host or link to any copyrighted material unless they have the necessary legal rights to display that content.

2.5.5. Must be a live site with natural traffic and not “under construction” or used for domain parking.

2.5.6. Must not over-use ads, popups, screen takeovers, or redirects.

2.5.7. Must not be search pages, proxy sites, instant-messaging sites, chat rooms, or sites with nonsensical content.

2.5.8. Must not use any mechanical, computerized, fraudulent, deceptive, or any other invalid or artificial means of increasing views, engagement, impressions, usage or any other measure of Internet traffic.

2.5.9. Must not re-direct traffic from other sites, including other webpages you own.

2.5.10. Must not contain content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others.

2.5.11. Must not contain material that violates intellectual property rights of third parties.

2.5.12. Must not contain pornographic or indecent material.

2.5.13. Must not contain excessive profanity or obscene language.

2.5.14. Must not contain hate, violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against or defame any individual, group, or organization.

2.5.15. Must not sell or distribute illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia, weapons, or ammunition.

2.5.16. Must not attract significant (at Offers4all.net discretion) volume of automated, robot, not-human initiated traffic as well as hits from servers that not appear to belong to internet users.

2.5.17. Must not attract significant (at Offers4all.net discretion) volume of traffic that is accessible on other publishers in Offers4all.net network.

2.6.1. Must be in an area not within the normal (user-visible) navigation of your site(s).

2.6.2. Must not be in any pop-up, pop-under or similar (e.g. a web page that is not the main browser viewport for your site).

2.6.3. Should be identifiable, Publisher should be able to present where our advertisements are placed.

3.1. Advertiser Agreement: By registering an account and or utilizing Offers4all.net's services, you agree to all terms set forth in this agreement. You agree that you understand these terms and they may be updated with or without notice. It is the responsibility of each advertiser and or user to review these terms. Your only recourse to terms that you do not agree with is to terminate your relationship with Offers4all.net.

3.2. Advertiser Requirements: All website URLs, banners and other material advertised through Offers4all.net must be clean and safe for everyone. No advertisement can contain malicious code, excessive popups or viruses/malware. If you are found to be breaking these terms within this agreement, it will be deleted and refund will not be given.

3.3.4. Discriminatory Practice.

3.3.5. Hate or Violence.

3.3.6. Weapon Sales.

3.3.7. Pharmaceutical Sales.

3.3.8. Illegal Downloads including MP3, Software etc.

3.4.Offers4all.net reserves the right to decline any advertisement for any reason. Offers4all.net reserves the right to edit any advertisements.

3.5. Advertisement Claims: Offers4all.net does not investigate, research, judge or verify any claim within any advertisement. Users of Offers4all.net are responsible to use caution and to research any claim before entering information or paying for services advertised. Offers4all.net recommends visiting the FTC's Internet page and the Consumer.gov to learn about the latest scams and how to be safe.

4.1. This site may contain physical addresses and/ or links to sites on the Internet owned and operated by third parties. We (Offers4all.net) are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any such third-party service or any individual, business or entity. Information on these sites is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from infringement. The user assumes the entire risk as to the accuracy and the use of the content on this website. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this information, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. We (Offers4all.net) accept paid advertising from third parties "as is". We do not check the validity, accuracy or legality of these advertisements. By using this website, YOU assume any responsibility for any dealings you have with the third party advertisers. WE take no responsibility for the content of these ads, the quality or reliability of the products or services being advertised. We make no claim as to the legality of the offers made on this site by third parties or their representatives. Each advertiser is responsible for determining if his/her ad complies with all laws and takes complete responsibility for his/her ad content.

4.2. It is the responsibility of the visitor (reader) to determine if an advertisement is legal in his or her own jurisdiction.

5.1. It is forbidden to transfer or sell accounts.

5.2. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. Keep your account information safe is your responsibility, we shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account because of incorrect password management.

5.3. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your payment processor account id which has to be unique and not shared with another user.

5.4. Your email addresses will not be shown or sold under any circumstances.

5.5. Offers4all.net will not modify user account information based on user request.

5.6. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended. Be sure you provide your real name and address as it is in your payment processor accounts, in terms of no match your request of withdrawal may get denied and your account may get suspended.

6.1. You have access to reading the Forum, except for private areas.

6.2. You can post in the forums after completing the registration process and logging in.

6.3. We do not tolerate racism, sexism or abusive comments from our users. Debates and discussions are fine, however we will not tolerate any rude attitudes, insults, meaningless inflammatory posts towards either other users or any staff member.

6.4. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.

6.5. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers/exchange/requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts/topics. 6.7. Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to Offers4all.net, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered offensive and may lead to suspension of forum privileges.

7.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.

7.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.

7.3. You can't use anything that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you, including, but not limited to any software, plugin, script or autoclicker.

7.4. The end result to any attempts of piracy is account suspension and will result in the loss of any gains you have build in Offers4all.net.

8.1. All payments will be made via Airtm, Bitcoin and Payeer. No other method of payment is available at this time.

8.2. Payment requests before each 1st of the month will be processed at the beginning of next month.

8.3. The minimum amount paid is $5.00, a fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor you use.

8.4. You can only request one payment a month.

8.5. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processors account you request to. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.

8.6. Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.

9.1. All payments are to be made using the links available in the (My Account) section of Offers4all.net.

9.2. All payments are non-refundable.

9.3. All Payments made to Offers4all.net are accepted through Airtm, Bitcoin and Payeer.

9.4. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.

10.1. There are no refunds of any kind.

11.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.

11.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.

11.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or use the same email addresses on a new account.

11.4. Your account will be removed after 90 days of inactivity including any benefits your account may hold.

12.1. Offers4all.net reserves the right to reverse any credits from a publishers account that was generated under false pretenses. False pretenses includes but is not limited to: Clicks by proxy, Clicks by Bots and duplicate clicks by the same person. Should any publisher accounts balance enter into a negative balance, publisher will be required to make a deposit to correct his or her account. All sites of publisher will be suspended until account is satisfied.

13.1. Offers4all.net will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Offers4all.net and therefore beyond our control.

13.2. Offers4all.net reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.

13.3. Offers4all.net will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.

13.4. Offers4all.net is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.

14.1. Spam is not permitted. If your account has been found to be sending spam, it will be removed without notice. You will not be able to sign up again.

14.2. Offers4all.net does not permit using the forum for sending advertisements. Members found using these services to send spam, ask users to join programs, bait members into asking for more information, or in any way using these services for promotion may find their access to the forum revoked. Repeated offenses will result account suspension and/or permanent banning.

14.3. We run family friendly websites. Anyone found to be abusing other members, or creating an environment that is not family friendly will be terminated.
